Planning and project controls
Develop scope breakdowns, schedules, resource plans and reporting requirements. Track progress, cost inputs, risks and changes against the agreed project baseline.
Project Management and Technical Staffing
Bring engineering delivery, project controls and the right technical resources into one coordinated plan. Teckniv supports project teams with planning, execution coordination and staffing across engineering and site functions. Engagements can cover defined project-management responsibilities, specific technical roles or a combination matched to the project workload.
Owners, EPC contractors and consultants that need project controls, engineering coordination or additional technical personnel for a defined assignment or delivery phase.

01 / Engineering capabilities
The scope is agreed around the decisions, interfaces and engineering outputs your team needs. These work areas can be combined into a defined package.
Develop scope breakdowns, schedules, resource plans and reporting requirements. Track progress, cost inputs, risks and changes against the agreed project baseline.
Coordinate disciplines, vendors and site interfaces. Support technical-query management, quality records and the flow of information needed for procurement and construction.
Provide engineering, design, project-control and site personnel for defined roles. Align skills, experience, reporting responsibilities and deployment requirements with the assignment.
Support commissioning documentation and project close-out. Maintain agreed staffing, time-reporting and contract-administration processes for deployed teams.
Mechanical, electrical, civil and marine engineers; HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, structural and MEP specialists; CAD and BIM designers; and project and planning engineers. Design support includes the published CAD, Revit, SolidWorks and ShipConstructor capabilities.
Site supervisors and managers, QA/QC engineers and inspectors, HSE personnel, technicians and skilled trades can support execution. Document controllers, BIM modelers, estimators, quantity surveyors, procurement and logistics personnel support the wider project team.
Contract and project-based staffing, onsite or offsite teams, and dedicated teams for longer assignments are scoped around role requirements, availability and the delivery schedule. Mobilization arrangements are agreed before deployment.
Project plans, schedules and dashboards; cost tracking; risk registers and mitigation plans; technical queries; QA/QC and safety records; and handover documentation are issued as required by the agreed assignment.
Candidate screening, onboarding, time reporting and contract administration support deployment. Applicable local employment requirements and any replacement arrangements are addressed within the agreed engagement.
02 / Your engineering package
The deliverable list is agreed at the start. Each issue identifies its purpose, revision and outstanding inputs for the next project stage.
03 / How we work
We establish the design basis first, then develop and review the package with your project team.
Define the management scope or resource requirement.
Agree responsibilities, reporting and delivery milestones.
Coordinate the assignment and monitor performance.
Complete handover, close-out and any agreed transition.
04 / The technical context
The equipment duty, project location and client standards determine the methods, platforms and acceptance criteria.
Industrial, infrastructure, MEP and marine projects, including design offices, fabrication interfaces and construction or commissioning support. Personnel requirements are matched to discipline, location and assignment duration.
Primavera or MS Project can support schedules, milestones and critical-path reporting. Document registers and progress dashboards follow the client’s reporting system; CAD, Revit, SolidWorks or ShipConstructor skills are matched to specific staffing requirements.
The assignment follows the agreed project procedures, QA/QC requirements and site safety rules. Relevant OSHA/IS references and local requirements are applied as appropriate to the location and role, with responsibilities and reporting lines defined before deployment.
